From Front Desk to National Impact: Kieron’s Journey at Remarkable People

Kieron joined us just over two years ago in Christchurch on a fixed term contract, working on the front desk. It did not take long for him to make an impression. His work ethic, energy and ability to connect with people quickly showed us how valuable he was to the team. Before long, Kieron stepped into a permanent role as a Resourcer, where he continued to shine.

Just six months later, Kieron took on a new challenge in Customer Experience. This role was not just focused on Christchurch, it had a national reach, supporting teams across the country. It was here that Kieron really found his stride.

With a natural ability to build relationships and a genuine passion for people, Kieron began leading in the Customer Experience space. His approach has helped shape the way we support both our teams and our candidates, lifting the standard across the business.

More recently, Kieron stepped into the role of Customer Experience and Talent Executive. In this position, he leads onboarding and training for our national recruitment coordinators. You will often find him travelling around New Zealand, supporting new starters and delivering ongoing training to ensure consistency across all our branches.

Kieron continues to support teams right across the country and works closely with our Senior Leadership team. He plays a key role in growing our permanent recruitment space and delivers workshops to help develop our people.

The feedback from new starters has been outstanding. Kieron has led positive changes in how we onboard our team members, and we are seeing the results. After their first month, our new starters are feeling confident, comfortable and ready to succeed.
