Today, we are excited to celebrate one of our team members, Dwayne, as he takes the next step in his career.

Dwayne joined us earlier this year to establish our Bay of Plenty branch, and he has done an amazing job. True to his Kiwi, can-do style, he made his first placement in just his second week, setting the tone for a branch that has gone from strength to strength. His ability to connect with clients, understand their needs and deliver results has made him an instant leader in the region.

Over the past month, Dwayne has used his Bay of Plenty relationships to make an impact in the Waikato region and stepped in as a temporary Team Lead. He simply gets the job done, bringing focus, professionalism and visibility to everything he touches. His approach not only delivers results but also inspires his teams, showing what it means to care for our people and help them succeed.

What stands out about Dwayne is how he combines his drive with humility. He celebrates the wins of his team, mentors those around him, and ensures everyone feels supported while keeping a clear focus on outcomes. His leadership style perfectly reflects our values, proving that success is built not only on results but on strong relationships, trust, and a sense of community.

Dwayne has consistently demonstrated that he is ready for bigger challenges. With his promotion to Northern Area Sales Manager, he will now oversee Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty, continuing to strengthen client relationships and lead teams with energy, urgency, and professionalism.

We are incredibly proud of Dwayne and can’t wait to watch him grow in this role.
